A bucket list gives you something to look forward too throughout your journey in life. The list guides you to new things and new experiences. You add your aspirations and fears to that list and it gives your life purpose and focus. This new sense of direction allows you to be as creative as you want to fulfill a higher desire in your life. Find a scenic place to create: Find an inspirational place that is quite so you can focus. Examples include: The beach, lake, pool, park, backyard, or restaurant. You may be there for a while so get comfortable. Once you are there just sit back and think of things you are scared of and proceed to list them.
Create goals that mean something to you: We all dream of accomplishing our wildest dreams and listing them will give you the blueprint to achieve them.
Rid expectation: Be realistic with yourself! Don’t go out of you financial or physical boundaries while creating this list without a plan.
Write down everything: Every idea, inspiration, dream, or scare write it down. You can edit it later but for now just get it out of your head and onto a piece of paper.
Use your friends as inspiration: The best advice and navigation comes from communication. Hanging out with your friends and conversing can generate ideas for your list. Also, it can be an eye opener for change. Hearing their goals and accomplishments will help you think outside the box.
