The long-awaited stimulus check promised to Americans to help with the financial stress the COVID-19 pandemic has caused, amongst other things, can be expected soon.
The stimulus check is expected to be given out to approximately 50 to 60 million Americans during the first wave of distribution.
That first wave has already started and will include people whose bank account information was already given to the IRS when they filed their federal tax returns.

The second wave of distribution is expected to be paid the week of April 20.
