Tekashi 6ix9ine Asks Judge for Permission To Shoot Music Videos in His Backyard

Daniel Hernandez also known as Tekashi 6ix9nine was released from prison not to long ago. Judge Engelmayer granted Tekashi early release following a plea to avoid the coronavirus in prison.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Tekashi's legal team is asking Judge Engelmayer to allow the rapper to spend up to 2 hours in his backyard once a week to work on music videos. Though he is physically out of prison, he is serving his time at home.

A letter form his legal team stated , “I am writing today only to request the Court’s approval to permit Mr. Hernandez to spend up to two hours in his backyard, once a week, for employment purposes only. He is looking to record music videos in his backyard,” wrote attorney Lance Lazzaro.

One of his lawyers, Dawn Florio told Vulture, Tekashi is allowed to create and release music while he is serving time at home. Do you think the judge will grant his request?
