Tom Cruise And NASA Are Teaming Up To Film A Movie In Space

The entertainment industry may have slowed down here on earth due to COVID-19 but things are getting busy up in space.

 

On Tuesday, NASA administrator, Jim Bridenstine, confirmed that NASA has teamed up with Tom Cruise to film a movie on the International Space Station.

 

According to Deadline, the movie will be an addition to the Mission: Impossible series which is the film franchise that Cruise stars in. There are six Mission: Impossible movies. The first movie in the Mission: Impossible franchise was released in 1996. The most recent movie, Mission: Impossible – Fallout, was released in 2018.  

 

There are no dates released to the public on when the film is expected to begin filming, or when the film is predicted to be completed.

 

Cruise has not commented on this topic.
