Ohio's Stark County has taken a big step to make sure that residents don’t forget the biggest fair in town.
The Stark County Fair is offering drive-thru fair foods. The annual fair is usually hosted in August, but this year it was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Though the fair is cancelled, this didn’t stop Stark County from coming up with a different plan.
People are allowed to pick up their fair food and keep it going. Some options include corn dogs, fried Oreos, ice cream, churros, funnel cake and much more.
Though Stark County is allowing a drive-thru, they are making sure that everyone remembers that social distancing is important. This is a reminder that we can support small businesses no matter the circumstances.
The "Fair Food Drive Thru" will take place May 15-17 and May 22-25 from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Will other states follow the Stark County Fair’s footsteps?
