Sister Sister: Cardi B And Hennessy Caught In The Same Lawsuit

Cardi B and her sister Henesy Carolina are being sued for defamation after blasting a group of beachgoers and calling them "racist MAGA supporters."

Peter Caliendo, Pauline Caliendo and Manuel Alarcon all put names to the faces in a video shared on Cardi B’s Twitter account. The video shows a verbal altercation between the rapper's sister who was with her girlfriend, and the group of people. The group claims that it was Hennasy who harassed and assaulted them - and later shared what they call a manipulated video to millions of people on the internet.

Apparently the incident took place on September 6 at Smith Point beach on Fire Island. The genesis of the altercation, was allegedly a MAGA hat. Their lawyer John Ray, told ABC 7 New York, “These peaceful Suffolk County residents were quietly enjoying a Sunday at the Smith Point beach with their families, when rap celebrity Hennessy Carolina suddenly approached them, raging, spitting, insulting, assaulting, defaming, and threatening them, all the while videotaping them because one of them wore a MAGA hat.”

They say that they are seeking substantial damages after being wrongfully accused of being racist, and referred to as ‘n..s’. Claiming that their reputations have been ruined. Also claiming to be living in fear, as real life threats were made towards them.

The story Carolina tells is quite different. Carolina claims that the group told them to “get out. Go back to your country” after hearing them speak Spanish. This was reiterated by Cardi B, who posted the footage in response to her own altercation with Republican political pundit Candace Owens.

None of the celebrities have released any statements regarding the lawsuit.
