Dr.Dre Divorce Battle Gets Messier: Estranged wife wants the mistresses subpoenaed

Music producer and mogul Dr. Dre has been involved in a tumultuous divorce battle with wife Nicole Young.

Just a month ago, Young sought nearly $2 million a month to maintain the luxurious lifestyle that was available to her while married. The judge ultimately ruled that Dre did not have to pay such a large sum of money. Since then, it has just been a nasty mud slinging match.

Nicole claimed that she was pressured into signing a premarital agreement by Dre. Young explained that two years into their marriage, Dre felt ashamed about having pressured her into making the decision and decided to destroy the documents. Nicole claims that after this, the two established a mutual understanding that rendered the premarital agreement null and void. These claims were denied by the other party.

According to Vanity Fair, the latest accusation is Dr. Dre accused Nicole of embezzling $385,000 million. TMZ reported earlier this month that the LAPD was investigating Young over these claims. Young denies the embezzlement, calling the claims “nothing but a smear attempt and a PR stunt.”

Now, Nicole Young wants to have three women subpoenaed. Daily Mail reports Jillian Speer, Kili Anderson, and Crystal Rogers are all on Young’s radar. These are women who allegedly had extramarital affairs with the rapper.

However, like most of us, none of these women want to be bothered. The three women share the same lawyer, Kris Lefan. In a motion filed Tuesday, Lefan stated that the women have “no information relevant to the enforceability” of the premarital agreement.

Per Daily Mail, Lefan argued that it’s simply irrelevant whether or not any of the ladies creeped with Dr.Dre.

Lefan explained: “it’s irrelevant because California is a no-fault divorce state and in a pleading or proceeding for dissolution of marriage or legal separation of the parties, including depositions and discovery proceedings, evidence of specific acts of misconduct is improper and inadmissible.”

Lefan does have a point, Nicole Young seeking to include the three alleged mistresses seems a bit unnecessary. It would be yet another salacious headline for an already drawn out court battle.

If it’s worth anything at all, media outlets have reported that Dr.Dre was spotted with Crystal Rogers on Friday, in a recording studio.
