Clive Davis Diagnosed With Bell's Palsy


The 2021 Grammy Awards ceremony has been riddled with a series of unfortunate events. Originally scheduled for January 12th, the ceremony was pushed back to March 14th due to rising cases of COVID-19 in the southern California area.


Now, the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Gala has been postponed until May, due to Clive Davis’s recent health diagnosis. Davis was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy, a condition that causes a temporary weakness or paralysis of the muscles in the face.


According to his representatives, the music industry Patriarch is in good spirits and expected to make a full recovery. The rep assures the public that Davis was diagnosed with the ailment about a week ago and is receiving top-notch medical care. They also insist that this diagnosis has absolutely no correlation to the coronavirus.


Ordinarily, this is one of the most exclusive Hollywood events of the year. artists, music executives, politicians, and other celebrities fill the Beverly Hilton Hotel every year for drinks, performances and charity. The Pre-Grammy gala has been a staple event, taking place the night before the ceremony every year since 1976.


Due to COVID-19, the gala was originally scheduled to be held virtually in several parts. An exclusive list of invite-only guests would be treated to a music showcase, dinner party, and rare excavation of the vault of Davis’ career memories.
