Gorilla Glue Responds To Tessica Brown’s Viral Tiktok Video

Tessica Brown went viral on Tik-Tok for making one really bad decision that will likely cost her the hair on her head.

She ran out of Got To Be hairspray and needed a quick fix, so she turned to the Gorilla glue … lets just say, it's the best glue on the market. Brown didn't have a single strand of hair out of place, in fact her hair doesn't move at all. According to her, it's been that way for over a month.

The video that has been viewed 9.8 million times, may appear tongue and cheek. And sure, Tessica does seem to be a good sport about it but deep down inside she has to be terrified for the future of her hair.

There have been multiple dermatologists and specialists that have reached out to Tessica with advice on what to do for her hair - everything from acetone, olive oil, to lighting the hair on fire, we have seen plenty of advice given to Brown.

Tessica was considering going to the ER … but we may have found the answers she's been looking for.

Gorilla Glue themselves have finally come out in response to all the hoopla surrounding the video, offering their own solution - soapy water and rubbing alcohol.

The official Twitter account for the company tweeted a response to the video

“Hi there, we are sorry to learn about your experience! We do not recommend using our products in hair as they are considered permanent. You can try soaking the affected area in warm, soapy water or applying rubbing alcohol to the area.”

Gorilla Glue believes that “it's "likely fractured at the root, but we certainly hope for the best." Essentially, if what Brown says is true … it may or may not be too late to save her hair follicles.

However, she says she will try the rubbing alcohol and we will more than likely get a follow up video on her now popular Tik-Tok page
